In just over a month, it will be my turn to get into a suit and wait at the church altar for my bride. I think it will be a strange experience being at the other end of a camera this time. How would that feel, I wonder. Would I worry about my hair? Or maybe think about how to look natural in front of the camera? Or perhaps wondering how the photos will turn out that day?
I think probably not. This time, let my photographer worry about all these things. For me, I’ll just focus on doing the most important thing yet in my life. Marrying the love of my life and enjoy being the luckiest man on earth

Sometimes I really love taking pictures of little kids.. they are just so… Cute! I took Nathan’s birthday photos last month, and yesterday we had a chance to take him outdoors for a shoot. He is at the age where no longer is he contented to move by just crawling, and has now started to learn to walk. He is curious about everything and seemed to be really hungry as well as he tried to eat anything he could get his hands on!

Hooray! After days of tweaking and testing, my new website is finally up and ready for 2009! Some new improvements over the old website are:
1. Images automatically advances in the gallery like a slideshow. The old one, you have got to click…click…click.. and click somemore to see the images
2. Client proofing. Now this is exciting. After every shoot, I will upload selected images to this section of the website. What is means is that you will be able to view your photos (and show off to your friends too) that you are dying to see much faster!
3. The look. Well, I hope the new website’s look is much more cleaner, prettier and just nicer for you to browse and hang around
Hey, do drop me a note if you like the new look ya? Much appreciated!
To all the couples I’ve shot and whose photos are now gracing my website… You guys rock!

Definitely not Weiguang and Qifen, one of the most fun loving and easy going couples I’ve had the pleasure to meet. From Weiguang’s so casual but way cool black mandarin “dragon” shirt matched with his crocs, to the way the brothers just sauntered past the gate (who says gatecrashing must occur at the gates?) into the living room, you can tell right away that this couple does not care for convention, but is determined to have fun their own way.

Happy New Year!!
I guess to many, 2009 is not exactly a good year to go into with all the bleak reports on the economy. Well, I would like to say that life is what we make it to be, so lets just make the best out of it! I’m sure for couples who are getting married this year (myself included), we just want to have a most memorable and wonderful time, waiting for that moment when we can finally be together with the love of our lives and live happily ever after. Haha sorry if I sound like a big eyed teenager fantasing about romance and wedding
Well, enough of that. You guys can expect to see some interesting changes happening to PixelPixie Photography soon. First of all, a brand new website is in the pipeline to showcase some of my works better. Also, I’ll be introducing additional wedding packages to better suit your requirements, so do check back often!
Finally, just a reminder to you peeps out there, the free 2 hour outdoor engagement shoot offer will end on 15 Jan 2009, so grab this chance fast for us to create more great images together!
